This gorgeous custom saddle from Allegany Mountain Saddlery features a Steele Equifit tree called the "AW," which was designed specifically for the curvier, broader-backed horse that needs a wider fit from the shoulder to the loin, and extra flare for a progressive shoulder. It offers 1" more shoulder room than the average FQHB.
The wooden tree is fiberglass reinforced, which locks out moisture and adds another layer of strength to the tree, adding to the longevity of your saddle. It has an ultra-short 24" butterfly close contact skirt, and pre-turned with slim straight fenders, with real shearling fleece bottom. Narrower A-fork wade style with leather wrapped horn, and 4" rawhide trimmed horn cap.
