The Right Fit pads are proudly manufactured right here in Oregon by Team Equine Saddle Pad Company exclusively for The Right Fit Equine, with slightly different construction than how they make their pads.  

 

The "Right Fit" Orthopedic Saddle Pads are covered by a 120-day manufacturers warranty on craftsmanship flaws or material defects.

 

General Product Warranty offered by Team Equine 

 

• Saddle pads will carry a warranty of 120 days after order date on “Manufacturers Defects Only” (Any handling/ delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer).

• Cinches and saddle pad liners will carry a warranty of 30 days after order date on Manufacturers Defects Only (Any handling/ delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer).                   

• All other products or custom products will carry no warranty. 

• Neither The Right Fit Equine, nor Team Equine can be held responsible or accountable for any products we make or carry that have been abused, misused, modified in any way by human, animal, or other being outside of the scope or intention for basic horse equipment riding use. All products should be used with caution and discretion of safety at all times.

Standard order IN STOCK saddle pads that have been purchased without a saddle fitting or pad fitting consult carry a customer satisfaction warranty as follows:

In-Stock pads carry a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Love it or return it (less S&H cost, if applicable) in 30 days. You may return pad CLEAN and in like-new condition. If product has evidence of wear and tear that exceeds "like-new" definition, a product credit will be applied, or exchange offered instead.

Upon return inspection, if the product is found to still be in new and unused/resaleable condition I will issue a refund of purchase price minus shipping (and/or PayPal) fees from your original payment within 5 business days.

 

**** RIGHT FIT CUSTOM PAD ORDERS ****

Any pads that have personalized monogramming or custom logos are not eligible for buyback guarantee.

 

Custom ordered pads that have been personally designed: These pads have been designed for a specific horse and saddle. The buyer has either purchased a personal saddle fitting, or paid the pad design consult fees for the design of their custom pad specifically built for one horse and one saddle. This type of saddle pad order is very different than purchasing an in-stock saddle pad from my fitting trailer.

No other customer satisfaction or performance warranty is offered.
