This ultra-rare square skirted, gorgeous saddle from Allegany features a Steele Equifit tree called the "HW," which was designed specifically for the broader-backed horse that needs a wider fit from the shoulder to the loin, and a little extra flare for a progressive shoulder. This saddle has It offers a tremendous amount of shoulder room! The tree is not as curvy as the AW, and does not have the upward curved rear bar tips - which is better for slightly less curvature (front to back).

 

This particular wooden tree has extra inner hardware, and extra fiberglass reinforcement, which adds another layer of strength to the tree for roping. This extra stability adds to the longevity of your saddle, and locks out moisture. It has at 25" rectangle close contact skirt, with Texas Twist fenders, decorative studded accents, and wool felt bottom.

Seat: 16.5" black suede seat, luxuriously padded for supreme comfort on long trails! Deep seat, with a high rise rotates your hips back, with a 3-1/2" cantle, and Cheyenne roll. 
Leather: Premium Hermann Oak drum dyed leather in Chestnut with hand tooled Oak Leaf and Acorn pattern, basketweave fill, with double border stamping: "Double Diamonds" and "Into the Sunset" patterns used.

Stirrups: Leather covered 4.5" x 3.5" flat bottom stirrups with border tooling, and studded accents
Rigging: 7/8ths dropped flat plate, and separate dropped flank D-ring
