This gorgeous custom trail saddle from Allegany Mountain Saddlery features a Steele Equifit tree called the "D," which was designed specifically for the average-bodied, well-built horse that needs average "rock" from the shoulder to the loin, and this one has been modified to have significant  flare for a more progressive shoulder. This could also be used for a gaited horse, that has more exaggerated shoulder movement, who needs a little more room! 
 
The wooden tree is fiberglass reinforced, which locks out moisture and adds another layer of strength to the tree, adding to the longevity of your saddle. It has an ultra-short 22.5" close contact shape, and tunnel skirt, with recessed spine channel, and regular length fenders with traditional Blevins adjustment.
